I spent about three hours in the gym this morning. I think it was a personal record. I worked out with my friend Seth and he kicked my butt and now I can barely move. But it was fun. Anyway, I took a picture of the Gold's Gym sign because of that, but also because I think the mountains behind it are so beautiful. I love living here where I can look up and see those mountains anywhere I am.
